SKS OpenPGP Keyserver

at newkeys.wuschelpuschel.org

SKS is a OpenPGP keyserver software whose goal is to provide easy to deploy, decentralized, and highly reliable
synchronization. That means that a key submitted to one SKS server will quickly be distributed to all key servers, and
even wildly out-of-date servers, or servers that experience spotty connectivity, can fully synchronize with rest of the system.

You can find out more about SKS and Web Of Trust:

Access

To use this server directly via HKP, add this to your PGP/GnuPG keyserver list:
x-hkp://newkeys.wuschelpuschel.org
http://newkeys.wuschelpuschel.org:11371
or
x-hkp://newkeys.wuschelpuschel.org:80
for people behind dumb firewalls (like me...). Now on IPv6, too!
In case you don't need the Port 80-connect you can (and should!) select a random server by adding this:
x-hkp://pool.sks-keyservers.net
http://pool.sks-keyservers.net:11371
